Maya Super Dark
Our darkest roast. This coffee is from the Yachil grower cooperative in Chiapas, Mexico.
Tasting notes: This year’s Maya Super Dark comes with a hint of amaretto. It hits the palate in a manner that parallels a fine Zinfandel with the flavor of plums, finishing with a tinge of peppermint and fine cigars. This coffee is great as a French press and accompanying conversation.
Electric Monkey Espresso
Our espresso blend. A base of dark Mexican coffee is blended with dark Nicaraguan and a full-city-roast blend of Bolivian, Mexican and Dominican coffees.
Tasting notes: Electric Monkey Espresso Blend is perfect in a latte. It is full of roasted nut flavors and a subtle sweetness reminiscent of panna cotta. Its evolution on your palate from sweet to acidic makes it wonderful as a straight espresso as well, so take your pick! Either way, revel in the flavors of roasted nuts, vanilla, honey and amaretto.
Arriba! Breakfast Blend
Wake up to our Arriba! Breakfast Blend, a blend of light roasted Bolivian coffee from the AIPEP Grower Cooperative, and dark-roasted coffee from the Fedecares growers coop in the Dominican Republic. This coffee is organic, shade grown, and 100% fair trade. This bright, bold, and slightly nutty coffee is the perfect way to start your day.
The Reanimator
This rich, smoky blend of dark-roasted coffee comes from the AIPEP grower cooperative in Bolivia, and the Maya Vinic cooperative in Chiapas.

One of our most popular blends, El Corazon has been retooled and is back for your pleasure. A blend of meduim roasted Nicaraguan La FEM and dark roasted Ugandan Gumutindo.
