This lovely blend combines the chocolaty smoothness of our light Bolivian coffee from AIPEP with the smoky richness of our Super Dark from Chiapas, Mexico. An electrifying blend sure to get your motor running.
Tasting notes: Easy to drink. Faint citrus aroma; round body; flavors of milk chocolate, raisin, & tobacco.
Maya Super Dark
Our darkest roast. This coffee is from the Yachil grower cooperative in Chiapas, Mexico.
Tasting notes: This year’s Maya Super Dark comes with a hint of amaretto. It hits the palate in a manner that parallels a fine Zinfandel with the flavor of plums, finishing with a tinge of peppermint and fine cigars. This coffee is great as a French press and accompanying conversation.
Tasting notes: Electric Monkey Espresso Blend is perfect in a latte. It is full of roasted nut flavors and a subtle sweetness reminiscent of panna cotta. Its evolution on your palate from sweet to acidic makes it wonderful as a straight espresso as well, so take your pick! Either way, revel in the flavors of roasted nuts, vanilla, honey and amaretto.

Tasting notes: The decaf espresso does not mess around; it is a presence with its robust flavors including cashew and lemon. Try it in your afternoon latte or cappuccino!
